Below are a few You Tube videos I find highly inspirational. Practice...
Rodney Yee: There is no perfect posture
From You Tube: "Move it or lose it! Rodney Yee explains why the
only perfect posture is a moving posture. In this segment, he
shows you a simple stretch of the arms that will get you out of
your bound position in a chair and reaching towards perfection."
Rodney Yee has always been one of my favorite yoga teachers
for his down-to-earth personality and vast knowledge.

From You Tube: "This is a video made in 1938 showing the Great
yoga teacher demonstrating asana and pranyama. He was the teacher
of BKS Iyengar and Sri K. Pattahbi Jois, founder the Astanga style
of yoga".
From You Tube: "This is from the same 1938 newsreel that shows
Krishnamacharya demonstrating yoga. Here we see a young Iyengar
(still alive, well, and doing yoga, BTW) doing advanced poses
that constitute the advanced A & B astanga series. This is obviously
well before Iyengar dropped the vinyasa aspect from his practice
and rebranded it as "Iyengar Yoga", putting greater emphasis on
allignment."
Tripsichore Simple Yoga Practice with Edward Clark
Edward Clark is also one my favorites, I like him because
is quite amusing and I like that you can see different layers of
muscle on his body. You don't see that every day! -X
